Managed and helped produce a rag rug project with local textile group for a political installation.

2006                          Web designer, Author and Manager

Created and ran a Science Fiction website on Webster, Torfaen’s online Community Portal.  This involved chairing the Community Users group, developing a Science Fiction website, conveying up to date information from the world of science fiction and writing amusing stories and questionnaires.

2005-2006                Self Employed Portrait Painter

Involved with Newport Indoor Market’s Enterprising Art scheme to become a portrait painter.  This involved producing pen and ink caricatures of local people at craft fairs, market research, and promotion through cards and leaflets, website development and pricing work.

1998-2001                Set Designer and Painter

Designed, painted and created scenery and costumes for local Chapel and Youth Group’s Theatre productions for Cinderella

1997                          Mural Designer and Painter

Designed and painted murals for a local nursery. This involved research into paint toxicity and pre-school imagery.
