The Gate Summer Show

The Gate gallery in Cardiff opens its summer show this Tuesday 14th August.  The exhibition is called”Woman” and I have a picture of “Madonna and Child” in the show.

This is an mixed media picture with oil paint and text’s from the Bible.  The idea being as you read the Bible stories they come together in your mind to create pictures.

A surreal painter by nature, my creative artwork has evolved from my feelings and dreams. Benefitting from a mixed media approach it has incorporated surrealism, sculpture, animation, humour, illustration, the exploration of alternative realities and automatic painting.
